Lenovo does, like IBM reorganize their stock and changes their FRU part numbers many times in their product cycle.
What i don't see is that this should be the display found in T4xp s. Lenovo's site doesn't list this number, and T4x certainly never carried a FRU part. no starting with 40,41,42. Google turns out nothing but pages listing it as a T60(p) part, albeit very few pages.
Also, on which page does it list as being the screen from a T4xp?
Also, why are people panicking over this?
Do some searches - there's been a few people talking about swapping screens in T60ps and T42p (15"), and when asked, they didn't think one was better than the other.
This is just my take.
EDIT: Fyi 42T0325 is a 15" SXGA+ LG Philips IPS screen offered in the T60...
EDIT2: The 42T0345 no. is only available for order in Europe and Asia, i found out by ordering by FRU number at the different IBM divisions.
It lists as "LCD PANEL" and costs more than the BOE Hydis, but less than the IDTech UXGA from a T43p.
So please, it would be nice if someone knows what it is
