Are there any T60p s in the UK?

Does any body know of any t60p in stock in the UK at the moment as I am finding them very hard to source .. In fact any of the t60s or x60s in T7XXX processors are hard to find...

If any body has seen any with browsing I would be grateful

Try dabs.com, they have about 20 Thinkpads, most of them T60s. Failing that try insight.co.uk I think, they're a supplier of Thinkpads. They are out there. PC World Business also had one awhile back.

I waited for 10 weeks for my new T60 which was ordered through Insight. Maybe because it was a Vista laptop but it also has a T7200 2Ghz CPU. Maybe that was the hold up.

DABS are a strange company these days. You can't contact them by phone anymore, only web notes and email. The web site for Insight is:

I don't think they have any T60p in stock, only ordered on request. They do have a very good deal on a Core Duo 2.33GHz (not Core 2 Duo) right now, which is otherwise completely top spec., for almost half the price of a similar Core 2 Duo. Search for "Thinkpad T60p".
