Just Look at the Price Difference Between Samsung, LG Screen

Hello,
I am new here and am grateful for what I could learn about the T60P. I am also glad that I got the LG screen as many you have stated that it is in fact better.
I don't know if someone has noticed this (considering the many posts on this particular topic), but I got these prices off the Lenovo website using the FRUs:

LCD Screens
LG-Phillips 13N7020 $1089.72
Samsung 13N7116 $609.00


Keyboards
Chicony 39T7178 $48.00
Alps 39T7118 $54.54
NMB 39T0958 $57.50

It is unbelievable to observe such a large difference between the screens. For the keyboards, I guess the same applies: the more expensive, the better. I have the Chicony, but that pales in comparison to having the Samsung screen (which I have seen on another laptop).

I wonder why Lenovo would source screens for the same machine, that are obviously vastly different.
