I just got my new 802.11N card to put in my T60 yesterday.

I had planned on taking the 3945ABG out and put it in my Dell E1705, but it seems to have some strange whitelist (It doesn't work in XP, or in Vista, but works fine in Ubuntu 7.04) preventing it.

So, I'm either going to have to find a way edit the card's PCI ID, or just sell it off as it works fine in Lenovo systems.

But, one other option is to put a second WiFi NIC in my T60 where the WAN card would have gone.

I doubt it will work, but does anyone know if you can have a 3945ABG and the 802.11N in the system at the same time? I have antenna I can route through the system if it would work.

I HIGHLY doubt that will work. To be honest I would be more than a little surprised if it did work.

Won't work. The BIOS for the T60 only recognizes WWAN cards in the second PCI-E slot.

And yes, I've tried.

I'll second that -- it's one of the first things I tried with my T60. Bummer.
