T60p Widescreen delay ?

I have an order in for a T60p (8743) Widescreen ...

What sort of LCD is this ?

Lenovo quote the end of MAY before shipment and the order was placed last month.

Is there some sort of delay with getting these screens?

No one can tell the LCD make without S/N.

However you will get WSXGA+ (1680×1050) TN type of lcd.

Mods please move this to LCD sticky.

I've got an 8743 machine as well T5500 WSXGA T60 ordered April 30, Ships on the 25th. I'm afraid mine would be delayed more than that.

China... and I mean all of China's workers are not working this week.

THey have several national holidays and this one lasts all week. It certainly has part to do with delays.
