The R60 and Z60/61 all had this problem. With the 60 series, the design of the palm rest area was changed and split from the rest of the body instead of one piece like before, and since most of this area is plastic so there's a lot of flexing. first touch of the keyboard and plastic surounding screen and keyboard made me drop my mouth in awe and say out loud to myself " this is a POS" .. honestly gentlemen, the z61m they had there was falling apart, screen was nice and tight as usual, but the keyboard and plastic areas surrounding it (also near the thinkvantage blue button) flexed like a trampoline!
i hope the t61s are not like this.
really discouraged me.
