Airports are the main reason I bought a T60 over some more stylishly-designed competitors (HP and Sony come to mind).
Granted, it was the middle of the night, and I had to kill 3 people to get it, but sure, there are outlets available.

I actually wish they didn't have that roll cage. I've used many Thinkpads and have never felt that any of their lids needed further strengthening. Without the roll cage, the 14.1" WS T61 would be lighter, perhaps 4.8 lbs instead of 5.0 lbs.
