t61ps - when and what?

I spoke to Lenovo sales who told me t61ps will start selling at the end of the month. Also, some people have mentioned that details about t61p specs were revealed in some university flyers. please share any information that's out there, and try to consolidate it in this post if possible.

Apparently the 14.1'' widescreens will now be 1680x1050 resolution. I'm guessing that they will also have a much better Quadro graphics card. They better had.

1680 x 1050 seems highly unlikely on a 14.1" widescreen. that would equate to a PPI of 140 which is higher than UXGA on a 15" panel.

A lot of people have said that. But that's what the new information was, one this forum. Do a search.

Somebody said such a panel doesn't exist.

I don't mind what resolution it is, as long as it can at least match my old 1400x1050, obviously in widescreen.
