Integrated Camera (Webcam) in T series?

Hello, after looking through the Lenovo site, I was a bit confused as to the availability of an integrated camera in T6x series. One chart indicated the camera was available on some t61 models, but none of the t61 models I saw offered the option. Although they all say "w/o camera", which leads me to believe they will eventually add the "w/ camera" option.

The site clearly shows that webcams are available on N V and Z series notebooks.

Does anyone have a deffinitive answer as to when (or if) a T series with an integrated webcam will become available?

Also I was wonderring if anyone has had success or difficulty using their integrated webcam while running OS X or Linux on their thinkpad (any series).

Thanks!

The T61 WILL have an integrated webcam. The lenovo site does not list all the models yet. You should see models with webcams in a couple of weeks.

Other threads on the T61 have various links to details about the specs of the T61 and I recall seeing that the integrated web cam will be available on the T61. It is not clear exactly when that will be, however.

Thanks, I deffinitely saw a lot of information out there, but it seemed some was conflicting or ambiguous. I'll deffinitely be getting one of those T61's with the webcam.

Then I'm installing ubuntu and OS X to go with vista!

I'm assuming that it might possibly be the same type of integrated webcam as in the Lenovo 3000 series, and as far as I know, from linuxemporium.co.uk that is not supported in Ubuntu at the moment.
