Can't create new profiles with Access Connections 4.X

Hello,

I hope I did not miss the answer to this question because of a poorly formed search.

I updated my system this weekend (Access Connections 4.X was installed) and now I cannot create new connection profiles. It seems like most of the configuration settings under "Manage" are now grayed out. I have looked at the documentation and googled for the problem but I came up with nothing. Any ideas as to how I can turn back on the profile editing functions? This is a personal (not corporate) T60.
