you are talking about the temperature of CPU, RAM and GPU, so what tools are you using? thanks.

Mobilemeter (right click and save target as) is a small temperature measuring tool for doing that.

SpeedFan (just follow the link) is another very good program, I like it better as it shows small images to show if your system is runing hot and also has the ability to draw flowchart of system temperatures.

Again these are what I prefer and use, I'm sure there are many other good and even better options out there to pick from.
