I acknowledge that many members are currently have issues with the Intel WIFI card such as weak connection, drop connection after sometimes. These are caused mainly by the Intel Power Management Features. Here is what you would go to fix it:
1)Install the latest Wireless Driver from Intel website. Remember to uninstall your current wireless driver first.
2)Go to device manager, choose your Intel Wireless Card.
3)Enable Throughput Enhancement.
4)Set Roaming Agressiveness to Maximum.
5)Set Transmit Power to Maximum Performance.
Then click OK/Apply.
You should notice an improvement in signal reception. Signal from my wireless router increases from 60% to 100% at the same position and orientation. Websites load faster as well. Do a Pingtest and the result improves from 60 ms to 35ms, which is a very noticable improvement.
