T60 Logon error on bootup, after pressing enter, all is ok

I always get this popup saying logon error whenever I start Winxp home. All I have to do is press enter, and the screen will go away. Next, I pass my fingerprint before it reaches windows desktop. I have tried to disable password for the user I'm using. There's no more error, but there's also no more fingerprint scanning. When I put back password for the user, the same error happens again. HOw can I remove this error? It's just a simple step more, but because it's error, it's annoying.

Try uninstall and reinstall Fingerprint software. If it continues, create a new account and delete the old one (back up your documents first).
