T60p Won't Power Up

My T60p totally died over the weekend. I was using it fine for about 3 hours on battery. I took it home, plugged it in to recharge and ... nothing. None of the power/battery lights turn on and the machine won't power up. I've try 2 power cords, I've tried w and w/o battery. I've tried holding down the power button to discharge the capacitors. I've tried pressing the power button repeatedly.

This morning I called Lenovo/IBM support and they are sending a tech to replace my MoBo (I bought on-site service - phew). However, they don't have a MoBo in stock  . The phone rep told me someone would call me in 24/48 hrs to tell me when they plan on having a new MoBo for me.

Sooo, a couple of questions:

1. Any idea how long I should expect to wait for a new MoBo?
2. Any idea on anything else I can try to get this thing to power up?
3. What type of HD does this things have? I pulled it to try and get some data off it and I don't recognize the interface. It's not standard IDE or SATA.

Thanks,
TMD.

The T60's use at standard SATA interface, so if you don't recognise it you're not looking at it properly ;) it should hook up to any sata port, you just need a sata power port along with it.
