Remote Desktop Troubles

Hello All,
I am having an issue when connecting via Remote Desktop my T60 running Vista Business to a Dell Optiplex desktop running Vista Business.
When the remote desktop client connects to the Dell, I get a screen that says "Vista Business" and it greets me with a "Welcome..." message. Then the remote desktop client freezes. When I go to check on the Dell desktop I notice that it has crashed and rebooted. When the desktop comes back online Vista notifies me that the problem was caused by an incompatible ATI video driver. (My T60 is running an ATI Radeon X1300).
Has anyone else run into this problem? Is it a problem with the laptop video drivers, or the desktop?
