can't send/receive files via bluetooth

I have a brand new T60p 15.4" running XP Pro SP2. I am unable to send or receive files (photos, etc.) to/from my Treo 700p. On my new T60p, I have the "My Bluetooth Places," "Bluetooth Network," etc. When I try to send a file, it says "request not honored." When I try to receive a file, it just fails.

On my other (work) laptop, a T60p 14", also running XP Pro SP2, I seem to have different bluetooth software installed. Whereas on my new machine, when I right-click the bluetooth icon in the system tray, I get "Explore my Bluetooth Places," on the work laptop I simply get "Send a file" and "Receive a file" and I can send/receive files to/from my phone with no problem.

Any suggestions?

Evidently on the work T60p, the bluetooth icon in the system tray is just "bluetooth devices," which also appears in the control panels. It's not the "bluetooth neighborhood" that is appearing on my home T60p.

Me also have this problem with T60 I cant receive any file from Bluetooth Device like Mobile that strange I ask many users even I ask the vendor ( witch is the Agent from IBM ) but he told me you should install the software that come with the Mobile to send file to the laptop !!!!!
That strange answer with my old Laptop I love it ( not Lenovo ) it was so easy to send or receive files from my laptop .

Any way I will continue search until find solution .
