HELP, 802.11n Disabled?!
HELP, 802.11n Disabled?!
Hi folks, im new here.. I just got my T61 (ND113NO).. And on the Lenovo site it sais that the WLAN card is 802.11ag(n). But when i read some more I found out that the n "mode" is disabled.. Why? and how can i turn it on? Thanks for answers!
Lenovo T61 Intel T7500 2,2GHz, 2Gig, 120Gig, 1440 x 900

If I remember correctly the ag(n) is the cheaper card and only works as an a/b/g card. If you want the n mode you should pick the more expensive agn, although it's a pre n anyway. You can buy the agn card directly from Lenove and install it yourself, but you should wait until the n has been finally rattified, not just pre n.truse wrote:n "mode" is disabled..
