Will Lenovo Still Let Me Return It?

I bought a T60 recently (6/3), but due to 3 blown pixels I decided to return it and got a RMA # on 6/13 (good for 10 days). I had changed my mind and was going to keep it.

However, due to sudden financial difficulties, I still need to return it. Based on your experience, will they let me return it even though I won't be able to send it in until Monday, 6/25, ie, 12 days after I got my RMA #?

No IMO. However I suggest, you should call lenovo to verify this thing.

Some employees are very understanding and can go lenient on these issues.

Good Luck!

The standard return policy expires at 5 pm Eastern time 21 days from the date it was initially shipped to you, I believe.

In your case, with the RMA, I am guessing there's a good chance they would extend the return privilege a day or two. It would be an exception, if they do it. Call tomorrow, 9 am Eastern time.

Just my 2 cents. I have no inside information.

Chances are that you can still return the unit, however you might need a new RMA number.
