Some folders to delete - safe?

I've got my restore cd's for my thinkpad. Is there any harm in deleting the C:\SWTOOLS and C:\SWSHARE folders? I have no intention of installing additional thinkvantage software and can always download from lenovo.com if needed.

I'[m just trying to reclaim as much HD space as humanely possible. This includes deleting the backup image too.

If anyone can give me the lowdown on what i can delete, please do post away.
