Build time?

Hi guys...
I am trying to order a think pad T61 through the Lenovo Website...
but it is saying that availability is is in the next 3-4 weeks...
How accurate are these number? Can I receive the machine sooner?? I am in desperate need to the machine actually
any ideas guys?
