Anyone knows if there is a T61 with Audio jacks on the lef ?

i guess somehow not but it is REALLY a STUPID STUPID idea
to put it in front, coz if you are always connect it to an amp it annoys as hell

Yeah, its not the ideal setup. Consider using a right-angle adapter like the following. You should be able to find something similar where you live.

1/8" Right-Angle Adapter

or get a 15.4" Thinkpad and you're all set. Only the 14" ones have the ports in the front.

Incorrect. Only 14.1 WS has them on the front, 14.1 standard model has the jacks on the left like 15.4 model does.
