T61 integrate camera

I just got my ThinkPad T61 and have been playing around with it. One thing I cant figure out is how to use the integrated camera. Although I'm running Vista Ultimate I installed the XP/2000 driver from the thinkvantage page online with no problems. I rebooted and the camera is recognised under device manager. However, I dont know how to use the camera (i.e. I cant open it in Movie Maker or anything). Can u only use it with a messaging program? Any software u would recommend for video/still capture? thanx

Do not try that camera with Adobe Flash Player 9 and/or AOL AIM as one definite source of BSOD's
