Which driver activates FN-F5 key to control wireless/blueto?

Hi,
In my minimal driver approach I am using the Vista drivers for Bluetooth and Wireless. When I use the switch on the front of my machine it simultaneously switches on my Wireless and my Bluetooth. Using the FN-F5 key simply controls the Bluetooth (so I can have Wireless on, and Bluetooth off, but not vice versa).
But I have common situations where I want Bluetooth on but Wireless off. This used to be possible on my Factory setup.
Anyone know which Lenovo Driver does this functionality? And will it disable the wireless in such a way that it does not use battery power?
Additionally, does anyone know which driver allows me to disable peripheries like the Network adaptor? This is so that I can save battery life.
