T60: Very Faint LCD Flickering on Battery [SOLVED]

I just updated my BIOS not too long ago to 2.14 and I'm starting to notice very faint, rapid LCD flickering when there's sudden draw on the CPU. Changing the power settings in the BIOS has no effect. This only occurrs when running on the battery.

I think re-update BIOS to the 2.13 Version is a better choice.

Okay, for those of you with the GMA 950 and Windows Vista:
Please go to Windows Explorer, hit <Alt> then <Down> to reveal the menu bar with a menu, and then hold down <Left> to quickly cycle through the menus. My question is, does your entire display flicker rapidly when running on battery? Do you have Aero enabled?
I have updated to BIOS 2.16 with no fix.

I put BIOS 2.13 back on here and it still does it. I've tried maxing out the BIOS power settings and the Windows power settings.
Is no one else having this problem? Is my battery maybe getting too old at one year?

The new power manager has a setting that will cycle the LCD at a lower refresh rate when on battery power. Open up your power manager and change that setting. See if that helps.

FOUND IT!!!
Okay, it's not a setting in Lenovo's power manager (couldn't find it there), but I did go looking through the Intel GMA 950 settings and found it there. I disabled it, and now there's no more flicker!
SOLVED!
