I have a Thinkpad T60p, with an ATI FireGL V5200. My big problem with it is that it overheats constantly, ESPECIALLY with Vista. I've seen posts with people complaining about fan noise. I wish my fan was running continuously, as I would prefer that to constantly losing work when working on the Vista partition of my T60p. Is it the FireGL card? I want to say that I've read that this is common with Thinkpad T60/T60p models???

What can I do? :( Any help is greatly appreciated.

Seach for tpfancontrol utility. That's what you need.

undervolt with nhc...
if your desk surface is wood, use a notebook cooler. (glass and metal conduct heat pretty well)
