Currently I have an advanced mini dock with a 24" Dell (DVI connector) as my primary and a 19" dell (analog) as my secondary.
Does anyone know if I can have two 24 inch monitors with an advanced mini dock?
Or do I need the docking station with an external graphic cards. If the later is true is there anyone here with this setup? Could I then go with 2 30" monitors? I am not a techie and hate mucking around. Is it difficult?

Yes, you can. The analog (VGA) connector will drive the 24" monitor just fine. I was just playing with that last night.
If the image looks blurry, you may need to go into your monitor's setup menu and force a reset. I got mine looking *almost* as good as the DVI. The average user would never know the difference.
The only way to drive 30" monitors is to put a dual-link DVI card in the advanced dock.

Apathy is on the rise, but nobody seems to care.
