You can compare a lot of 2 1/2 inch drives in performances and power consumption. Very usefull ! 7K200 is missing...

Your link points towards "Maximum power consumption". This is during spin-up. Probably one of the least interesting benchmarks for a laptop hdd (for how long does it need that power? Energy = Power * Time). Only interesting for server hdds, to make sure that your raid doesn't cause a brown-out when you switch it on.
http://www.storagereview.com is a much more professional web pgae that is specialized in hard disks.

Don't you see the list ? They offer more then 10 differents benchmarks for all drives !!! It's also possible to choose two drives witch will appear in red for easy compare....

What are you using this HD for? looks like your already running a 7200 rpm on your t60, is this going to be your main HD or an extra. Are you running seriously complex apps or what.

I don't plan to change mine. Those charts are usefull for everyone who cares about performances and/or consumption and want to upgrade his ThinkPad hard disk drive.
