Hello,

Before installing Vista, I was able to use the middle mouse button to scroll through webpages and documents. Since the installation, the button has been useless. I searched the web for drivers but was unable to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If more information is needed from me please let me know. I am using model T60 2623-D6U.

Info on type and/or Brand mouse you are using. Also have you checked for the latest updates for your mouse, usually on their web site. ?

Sorry about not being more clear. I'm referring to the touch mouse that is built into the T60 machine. Under "mouse properties," it is called "PS/2 Compatible Mouse."

Have you run the ThinkVantage System Update to check for updates for your laptop?

Thanks for the quick reply. I have already updated my computer with all of the lastest Microsoft and ThinkVantage drivers and nothing seems to be working. It just seems strange that both the "left" and "right" mouse buttons work properly, just not the "center" one. Is it possible that there is a preference on my computer that needs to be enabled? I have searched around and could not find such a settle.

When I attach standard mouse to the notebook, the "scroll" feature does work so I'm pretty sure the problem is limited to the built-in mouse.

Make sure you've UltraNav drivers installed for Vista.
