Bluetooth Device Connect - Notification

On my T41 machine (running XP), when a bluetooth device connects windows plays the device connect wav file. On the T60 (also running XP) this sound does not play when a bluetooth device connects. All other windows sounds play fine on the T60. How do I enable it on the T60? I am running the Broadcom Driver 5.10.0.2900 on the T60, and a WIDCOMM driver on the T41.
