question about T61 with Quadro nVS 140M

I want to ask about the temperature in T61 that use Nvidia Quadro nVS140M. how big is the temperature difference between the GMA X3100 and Nvidia Quadro nVS 140M? can some of you post your T61 temperature(idle and full load condition)?
