I think somebody at Lenovo who created the data-sheets possibly made a mistake with "cut and paste" (again).
According to the support site, disregarding the warranty, there are some more notable diffences, (

To make matters even more confusing, the tabook for the USA 646067U, which should be the same as the 646067F, says it has a 256MB nVIDIA.

I couldn't find the model in EMEA in order to make a double check. eh sorry but basically the only certain difference I can add is the battery.
EDIT: should have thought earlier to look, the support site says the 646067U has 128MB nVIDIA. My guess is that the 646067* has 128MB and is a T61 and not a T61p.
