T60 hang

I have a couple of T60 whit the same problem.
They are installed with a Ghost image.
They start up nice and then I unplug the network cable or the powercord i run for 10 sek and then it hang.

Do someone have any idea what can be the problem.

I found that is the network driver but there is no other drivers
It's an Intel pro/1000 pl card.

Any ideas?
