what is the difference between GM 960 and 965?

what is the difference between GM 960 and 965?

Why are there GM 960 and 965 both in the configuration of T61? Thanks.

I suppose it's a typo mistake. I only know i965 chipset.

GL 960 exists, never heard about GM 960 though.
