Memory UPGRADE

Hi,
I wont to buy 1gb module. My t60p use memmory from samsung but i cant find samsung so my options are:

Kingston SODIMM DDR2 1GB 667MHz
Corsiar 1GB DDR2 667 SO DIMM VS512SDS667D2 DDR2, 667
Patriot, SODIMM 1GB, 667MHz, PC2-5300, CL5, 2Rank, retail

Wich will be the best?

Laptop memory is all about the same quality from what I hear, very much unlike desktop memory where you really do get what you pay for. So go for the cheapest one from a good company that comes with a lifetime warrenty.
