System in transit, battery swap option w/ Lenovo? (4-cell)

I ordered a T61 14" WS with the 4 cell battery and Nvidia graphics option. Before making the purchase I checked the Lenovo battery chart and determined the 4 cell would get me just enough runtime to do what I need. The T61 shipped yesterday and I should have it early next week.

While I am almost always near an outlet, only recently have I discovered that the actual battery life may not be sufficient to watch a 90+ minute DVD on a plane or bus. I would really like to get something over 2 hours of a usable system (office, coding, watching a movie, or surfing) when needed.

I was wondiering if calling Lenovo before the system gets to me would get me any progress towards exchanging the 4 cell for 6 cell? I am not really familiar with Lenovo customer service. I was somewhat shocked to see the Lenovo T61 14" WS 6 cell selling for $139 when I just bought a new Dell 6 cell for $56. If Lenovo can not help me, then I need to look at refusing delivery to order a new PC with a 6 cell, buying an additional 6 or 7 cell battery (hopefully for less than what Lenovo charges) or buying an Ultrabay Battery. Thanks for any info!

Lenovo customer service was not very helpful in this matter. The basic response I got was "You ordered it, you are stuck with it"

you might just be able to sell off that 4 cell to someone since it's basically brand new. Buy a 6 cell now from the marketplace (search or put up a WTB ad) and then when you get your 4 cell sell it in brand new condition, not used once and that'll cover the bases.

Sir, lenovo would've done something for you if you had contacted them before the shipment of your order...
