Hi LordCyber,

My desktop also run only about 20 process but a very clean Windows XP install, a ThinkPad have to run about 30. You have *drivers* for :
- Ultranav
- Airbag applet for hard drive fall stop (tpshocks)
- Hotkey (for OSD)
- Intel Wireless applet (need for FN + F5)
- IBM power manager
- 2 process for graphic (ATI2EVxx.exe)

Price is quiet high, I get a T60p for about 1600 € with 3 year world wide warranty on site. But I buy it from Thinkpad World (ebay) and it was brand new one.

Enjoy your first ThinkPad, it the most magic time.
