Suggest a carrying case for T61 14" Wide

I got a T61 with a 14 inch WXGA TFT and 6 cell battery (sticks out) and I'm wondering whether the carrying cases listed on the Lenovo site will do a good job of holding such a machine or if they're mostly designed for the 4:3 models. Which should I get, and should I get foam padding to compensate or what?

Specifically, I'm looking at the ThinkPad Carrying Case -- BackPack; is that going to require me placing the laptop on its side or horizontally (battery edge up)? I don't really know why, but I feel kind of weird putting the laptop in a case with the battery sticking out on one side. I have a bag that (barely) fits my 600E but doesn't cut it for the WXGA 14.1" either horizontally or vertically.

I really like the sleeve I got from http://www.sfbags.com/products/sleeveca ... ecases.htm It allows me to safely store my thinkpad in any bag I want to use that day.

They make them to fit any size laptop, and quality and service is top notch. Perfect match for a Thinkpad.

I ordered a Timbuk2 Laptop Messenger after being unable to find much good information on the Lenovo branded bags. I definitely like the price and looks of the Lenovo branded bags and backpacks, I just had a lot of trouble getting good pics and padding information. There are some pics of the Lenovo Expander bag you can find by searching, that is just not what I was looking for however.

I will post up some pics of the Timbuk2 and a Crumpler Considerable Embarrassment bag that I have as well. The Timbuk2 should be here in two days.
