SecureDrive.vol error

SecureDrive.vol error

I have a client who recently purchased a ThinkPad T60 - OS - XP, when the backup utility runs lately he has been receiving the following error:

c:\documents and settings\cass\my documents\SecureDrive.vol
internal error 8211

Any help on what this is and how to make it go away would be greatly appreciated.

Is he using a file and folder encryption product?

Sounds like he's not authenticated to the virtual encrypted volume when that backup kicks off?:????

How would he authenticate to the virtual encrypted volume when that backup kicks off, or how who we stop the authentication????
