i am refering the plastic piece to the thing this guy is pulling in the picture and they are kinda loose on the right side of my laptop so when i tap it it can make noise

Sir, well tapping gently on my T60 makes a noise too, but upon doing so I would not conclude the seal is loose unless I were to see a noticeable amount of vacuum between the bezel and screen.
You should post a close up picture of your machine.

Looks like the lower right screw is missing.

I cannot find a single fault with my T60.

Maybe i should start tapping at every nook and corner to check for loose parts.

this is not a picture from your notebook, why don't you post one so people could see the real gap?

if you remove the screws and pull it apart, of course there will be a gap..
the photo needs to be when it is properly assembled and showing a gap..
IMO if all that your're complaining is about takes affirmative action on your part to produce a "click" then maybe those parts need a shim..
FWIW, my T60p is rock solid excedpt when i slam it against the doorpost..
it does not LIKE the doorpost..

just to be curious, any of you have this problem ? or is it just too minimal to bother?

I had a small gap in my front bezel, I had it replaced, too ~48 hours of turnaround time. You can read more about the Depot experience I had here:
