Im looking on new egg and they have these kinds of RAM:
144-Pin SO-DIMM (14)
172-Pin DDR MICRO DIMM (2)
200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM (59)
200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM (106)
214-Pin DDR2 MICRO DIMM (3)
which one will my T60 take?
also they have ATA150 HDs and ATA-6. Are both going to work with my T60? which one is better?

I bought a 1GB expansion for my T60 2007-C4U from Crucial. They have you go through a make/model quiz to select the appropriate type then give you the options. My machine came with 512M. I moved that to the second slot and put the 1GB module from Crucial in the first slot.
