Blank display after resume from hib. or standby T61 140m XP

The topic pretty much says it all... when I resume from standby or hibernation, my screen will go blank. I can shut, and reopen my lid and it kicks back on.

I am using the latest display drivers from lenovo.

(T61, XP Home, 140m)

Thanks I'll check into your links..

To Further illustration my problem... I just resumed from standby, the XP logon screen appeared for a couple of seconds, then the screen goes blank... To me it seems like a display driver issue, but who knows... I'll check out the KB article

This has apparently fixed the problem.

I'm still having problems with the blank screen coming off of standby. Does anyone else have similar problems?
