What HD for my T60 model 200772U ?

I`m totally confused with the HD for my T60.Is Serial ATA the same as SATA or SATA II ?My specs say I have a Serial ATA .

What hard drive will work in my T60 ?

the good value SATA drives today are, 5400rpm, 120G, there are a few models around that will work with T60. The 2 most popular brands(I think) are Seagate and Hitachi.

recently I bought a Seagate, SATA, 5400rpm ,120G, it is very quiet, fast, etc, well recommended. It worked with T60.
