Hi everyone,
I'm planning on hooking up an external monitor to my T60, and I want to be able to put it into standby mode and wake it up (my pressing a keystroke or moving the mouse) without having to open the lid of my laptop and pressing the power button. Apparently, in the Device Manager, under the HID-compliant mouse or keyboard device properties, should be a "Power Management" tab that allows you to check or uncheck an option: "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby".
Unfortunately, this tab doesnt show up for my mouse or keyboard (next to the General, Driver, and Details tabs). I have a Logitech VX Revolution mouse and a Logitech G15 keyboard, with all the drivers loaded.
Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to make the Power Management tab show up? I looked in the BIOS, but couldn't find anything relevant. Thanks for any help!
Missing "Power Management" Tab in Device Manager??
