T60 underclocking with NHC voltage options grayed out

#1 Post by lobo1978 » Thu Oct 11, 2007 10:52 am

Hi, I've been tuning my new T60 (2007-FUG), which replaced my HP nx7400. I've been using NHC for a quite long time without any major issues (nx6110+nx7400), until now. On T60 NHC (with ACPI script for TP) all voltage options grayed out and the CPU speed is set to max (but speedstep is working - I've checked it in cpu-z). Is it a compatibility problem? On the same T5600 in HP nx7400 everything was working flawlessly. For 2 days I've been searching through thinkpads and notebookforum without the final answer or work around. I've tried Rmclock but it is loosing settings after restart and considerably shortened the battery life (by 1h).
