Not powering with AC Adapter

My Thinkpad T60 recently stopped powering utilizing the AC adapter. Thinking my adapter was shot, I went out and purchased a new one...only to discover that the new adapter didn't eliminate the situation.
Any thoughts on what could be wrong? I'm down to 20% battery power...Yikes!
Thank you in advance.

Assuming you have checked all cable connections and the wall socket, it's probably time to contact Lenovo if you have guarantee. The odds on having two defective adapters are long. If possible as a double check, find someone with a TP which uses the same adapter and double check.

If the new adapter didn't work, sounds like a problem with the connector on the laptop or the power supply, neither of which is easily (if at all) fixable by the end user. As a T60 I suspect it's likely to be still under warranty.
