Isn't the neccessary slot used by the multi-card-reader?
That's what i thought.

The 889202U doesn't have a multi-card-reader. It also doesn't have a smart-card-reader. It has 1x pcmcia and 1x pci-express which the mogo fits into.

According to the tabook, look
here to see how to find it, the 889292U doesn't have card-readers. It also says; it only has 1 GB RAM and wlan is AG. The description says; 4 GB RAM and at the top wlan agn, but lower down wlan ab.
Sorry, I don't do ebay for the following reasons; am I going to get what is advertised with a completely wrong description, or a box of old catalogues.

i dont have to much knowledge of the different network standards as 802.3ab and 802.11agn etc.
Never the less, the notebool DOES have WLAN, right?
And some kind of LAN-modem to connect to my router.
i might be that the notebook is "upgraded" with a cardreader in the pci-express slot?! thats what i think, and by that, the slot won't be available anymore for my mouse, right?! BUt i should be possible to remove the cardreader like any other pci-express card and put the mouse into the NOW free slot?!
Sorry, this will be my first notebook and i dont know much about all the different slots and network-standards.

If the TP has been modified as you suggest, I have only one question; why does it say the following in the description?
Zustand: Neu, noch in Originalverpackung
"Status: New, still in original packaging." Then of course I presume he can perform keyhole surgery on a TP in it's box, it can't be modified or,
In all honesty, I think you need to get a few answers from the seller here.

I don't know if your ThinkPad will have a memory card reader or not, but even if it has, the card reader DOES NOT occupy the Express Card.
My ThinkPad has Card Reader and has a free Expresscard slot, where I've been using my MoGo x54 Pro without any problems.
