T61p : Intel AMT - Password, need help

Hi All,

Just got a T61p 6460-6XG from my work.

I have enabled the Intel AMT in bios - but when trying to edit the config "CTRL-P" under boot it needs a password - cant figure out where to find this :S.

The Intel AMT icon in Vista also displays that AMT is disabled - but i allready enabled in my bios.

Dont understand this hehe, please help.

"admin" is the password.

You would need to change your passoword before you continue on configuring the setup.

Note: You must use a strong password. Strong passwords are between 8 and 32 characters long, have at least one upper case character, one lower case character, one number, and a special character (for example: !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *). Also, you should use a unique password for each provisioned Intel AMT system, to prevent someone from possibly obtaining a master password and compromising the security of the entire network.
