Need link to current TA Book

#1 Post by pae77 » Tue Nov 13, 2007 7:36 pm

Well, I'm finally ready to buy a T61p but can't find what I want on the EPP site. I need to take a look at the current TA Book and then call in to place the order I guess. Anyone have a working link for the TA Book?

That is the correct address for the tabook.pdf file but it seems to be AWOL at the moment as I can't download it. I think that's what the OP is referring to. The latest copy I have stored on my system is a version from March 2007 but does not have the T61p listed.

Thanks for the link, it worked for me.

Called EPP, there's no UXGA machines available and they're not even taking orders. Bummer.

who did you talk to over at EPP?   WUXGA panels can be configured even if the system gets backordered so there shouldn't be any reason why you cannot place an order.

I talked to two different sales people. The first one hung up on me after telling me that because expected delivery time exceeded 50 days, they were not taking orders.

The second one was more polite but told me the same thing.

I am really bummed. I have been waiting for a long time to be able to do this and now I can't get the machine I want at a decent price.
