A newer Nvidia Driver on Windows Update???

Windows Update for WinXP keeps showing a November 7th issue driver that it wants to install on my T61 with a Quadro NVS 140M (about 70 gb download with no other details).

I currently have the latest 5666 driver from late Sept or early Oct installed from System Update:

Does anyone know if there is anonther Nvidia update coming soon to System Update?
