Error appears after restore my T61 to Origrinal Factory Conf

I have received this error:

Install windows


Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:\windows\Panther\unattend.xml]. The answer file is invalid. The error detected at line 66 column 13 of the answer file


Lenovo or Windows is trying to scare me?
Help me anyone!

I think I know what is the problem. Please delete this topic!

OK! I'm just afraid that I'm taking some forums space.

It happened because the process took very long time. I couldn't bear with it so I moved the "Preload system setup" window which states " Please wait, Preload.... inprogress...", And believe me or not I saw another window, the smaller one asking me to Restart now or restart later, hidden by the first window.

God! I did choose Restart Now when it's still running and it caused my problem. I should have left it alone.

Windows Vista plays with me.
